No prava pri\u010da skriva se u geometriji. Jedan od klju\u010dnih, a \u010desto zanemarenih elemenata je \u201epad\u201c \u2013 razlika izme\u0111u pete i prstiju. Upravo ta milimetarska razlika mo\u017ee odlu\u010diti ho\u0107ete li tr\u010dati lagano, ili \u0107ete ve\u0107 nakon nekoliko kilometara osjetiti napetost u Ahilovoj tetivi.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>\u0160ta zna\u010di pad i za\u0161to je va\u017ean?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Pad (engl. heel-to-toe drop) ozna\u010dava visinsku razliku izme\u0111u petnog i prednjeg dijela patike. Modeli s ve\u0107im padom (10\u201312 mm) postavljaju petu vi\u0161e, \u0161to mo\u017ee potaknuti ili olak\u0161ati doskok na petu. Ni\u017ei pad (0\u20136 mm) ipak vas mo\u017ee lak\u0161e usmjeriti na kontakt srednjim ili prednjim dijelom stopala.<\/p>\n<p>To nije samo tehni\u010dka specifikacija \u2013 rije\u010d je o biomehani\u010dkoj poluzi, koja utje\u010de na cijeli kineti\u010dki lanac va\u0161eg kretanja, od stopala do kukova. Va\u017eno je razumjeti: patika ne odre\u0111uje va\u0161u tehniku, ve\u0107 je samo podr\u017eava ili nagla\u0161ava. Vi\u0161i \u0111on pru\u017ea vi\u0161e amortizacije i smanjuje izravne udarne sile, ali istodobno smanjuje koli\u010dinu osjetilnih informacija koje dolaze s podloge (propriocepciju). To zna\u010di da je osje\u0107aj kontakta s tlom manje izravan, jer pjena djeluje kao filter izme\u0111u stopala i podloge.<\/p>\n<p>Osim toga, ve\u0107a visina pove\u0107ava udaljenost izme\u0111u stopala i tla, \u0161to mo\u017ee pove\u0107ati moment sile pri doskoku i utjecati na stabilnost, posebno kod brzih promjena smjera ili tr\u010danja po neravnom terenu. Kod ni\u017eeg pada pove\u0107ava se njezino istezanje, \u0161to zna\u010di i ve\u0107u aktivaciju mi\u0161i\u0107a lista. Ako se tijelo na to optere\u0107enje postupno prilago\u0111ava, to mo\u017ee dovesti do ve\u0107e mi\u0161i\u0107ne snage i boljeg odraza.
