Dobro razmislite o tome \u0161ta trebate ponijeti sa sobom i sve spakujte u ruksak\/torbu. Iskusniji i aktivniji trka\u010di \u0107e mo\u017eda odraditi kra\u0107e tr\u010danje i ubrzanja kako bi razdrmali noge, ali i to je u osnovi odmaraju\u0107i trening. Ukoliko niste u ve\u0107em obimu treninga, odnosno ne tr\u010dite barem pet dana sedmi\u010dno, onda nema razloga da to radite dan prije trke. Uz to je va\u017eno <strong>izbje\u0107i i pretjerano hodanje<\/strong>, \u0161to je \u010desto izazov ako ste za trku odabrali neku atraktivnu destinaciju i otputovali nekoliko dana ranije. Dodatni oprez je potreban kako se <strong>temperature uve\u0107avaju<\/strong> u odnosu na &#8211; za tr\u010danje idealnih 8 do 10 stepeni. Ipak nemojte pretjerati uo\u010di same trke, ve\u0107 prestanite piti dva sata pred start. Ukoliko \u0107ete tr\u010dati du\u017ee od sat vremena, par dana prije trke bi trebali <strong>pove\u0107ati udio ugljikohidrata u obrocima<\/strong>. Dobra organizacija je opet klju\u010dna, pogotovo jer trebate isplanirati i period poslije trke. Tako\u0111er, bacite pogled na putanju staze koju organizatori obi\u010dno objave na svojim kanalima, iako \u0107ete na njoj imati pomo\u0107 volontera.
