U po\u010detku c\u0301ete vjerovatno napraviti nekoliko skokova tokom jednog obrtaja, ali cilj je da sko\u010dite jednom za svaki obrt vija\u010de. Intenzitet vje\u017ebe mo\u017eete podesiti tako \u0161to c\u0301ete sko\u010diti vi\u0161e ili ni\u017ee. Kada savladate osnovni poskok, mo\u017eete prec\u0301i na skakanje na jednoj nozi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.
