trka\u010d po\u010detnik ili napredni atleta trebao nau\u010diti i usvojiti, je trening po osje\u0107aju.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Postoje razli\u010diti, sofisticirani na\u010dini pra\u0107enja stresa proizi\u0161log iz treninga, kao \u0161to su motrenje otkucaja srca, pra\u0107enje vrijednosti laktata u krvi, mjerenje snage tr\u010danja, ali opet trka\u010d najva\u017enije informacije crpi iz osnovne trka\u010dke mantre: \u201cslu\u0161aj svoje tijelo\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Iako mogu biti korisne sve mjerne jedinice iz gore pobrojanog, iskusni trka\u010di znaju da <strong>ne postoji relevantnija informacija<\/strong> o stanju pojedinca od one koju mu \u0161alje vlastiti mozak.<\/p>\n<p>Trening po osje\u0107aju je <strong>te\u0161ko usvojiv jednako<\/strong> za po\u010detnike i napredne trka\u010de, ali iz razli\u010ditih razloga.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" Ljudi uglavnom imaju pristup da se radi o jednostavnoj aktivnosti (\u0161to u osnovi i jeste), sa osje\u0107ajem da mogu tr\u010dati \u201ckoliko ho\u0107e\u0161\u201d i <strong>u pravilu kre\u0107u brzo<\/strong>, misle\u0107i da druk\u010dije nema ni efekta.<\/p>\n<p>Potom su iznena\u0111eni da ne mogu izdr\u017eati dugo u zadanom tempu, a zbog preambicioznog starta <strong>dobivaju dojam<\/strong> da je tr\u010danje ustvari jako te\u0161ko. Sa nekoliko sli\u010dnih poku\u0161aja bez bitnih pobolj\u0161anja, <strong>ponekad odlu\u010duju<\/strong> da ta aktivnost nije za njih. Nesvjesni da u stvari <strong>nisu ni dali priliku<\/strong> tr\u010danju. Potrebno je <strong>desetak treninga<\/strong> da se po\u010dnu osje\u0107ati promjene i napredak. Tad bi trebalo nastaviti postepeno pove\u0107avati istr\u010danu du\u017einu, a ne odmah se forsirati pove\u0107avanjem brzine. Oni \u010desto sra\u010dunaju koji bi <strong>teoretski<\/strong> trebao biti njihov tempo za spore treninge i toga se dr\u017ee bez obzira kako se osje\u0107ali.<\/p>\n<p>Me\u0111utim ovaj tempo nije uvijek isti. <strong>Statistika<\/strong> je va\u017ena u tr\u010danju, ali joj se <strong>ne smije robovati<\/strong>, jer u tom slu\u010daju mo\u017eemo nekad od tijela tra\u017eiti vi\u0161e nego je sposobno. Takvi trening periodi vode u pretreniranost, pad forme, povrede\u2026, odnosno umjesto napretka, <strong>dobivamo kontra efekt<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>U drugoj prilici napredni trka\u010di lagan trening <strong>rade sa grupom<\/strong> kolega i prate zadani tempo, iako im to u tom trenutku ne odgovara. Tre\u0107i put se osje\u0107aju dobro pa tr\u010de u <strong>srednjem tempu<\/strong> koji ipak zna\u010di nekoristan umor i nedovoljan oporavak uo\u010di va\u017enog, specifi\u010dnog treninga koji je na rasporedu dan poslije. Monitor pulsa mo\u017ee pokazati i na ja\u010dem tempu broj otkucaja koji je ina\u010de dovoljan za oporavak, ali koji u konkretnoj situaciji ipak ne zna\u010di pravi oporavak. Zato ako se ne osje\u0107am dobro na tom tempu, tr\u010dim sporije.
