Kad sam prije devet godina po\u010deo tr\u010dati, moj obim je bio <strong>20 do 30km tr\u010danja sedmi\u010dno<\/strong>. Poku\u0161avao sam prebrzo dizati i obim i intenzitet, a onda kao po\u010detnik pro\u0161ao u prve dvije godine niz povreda (jedno pa drugo koljeno, zadnja lo\u017ea, plantarna fascija, desna pokosnica\u2026) koje bi me odvajale od aktivnosti i na mjesec dana pauze. Praksa je pokazala da ovakve stvari trka\u010di do\u017eivljavaju upravo u te prve dvije godine i obavezno <strong>ukoliko pretjeruju<\/strong>. Kasnije se stvari ponavljaju ukoliko prebrzo i pretjerano pove\u0107avate obim i intenzitet. Li\u010dno nisam imao povredu koja bi me odvojila na du\u017ee od dva dana netreniranja jo\u0161 od kraja 2015. godine, a posljednjih godina mi je obim puno ve\u0107i od tih uvodnih godina. U rijetkim situacijama postoje odre\u0111eni bolovi od nakupljenog stresa, ali ni\u0161ta \u0161to uzrokuje prekid treninga. Treba ra\u010dunati s tim da se <strong>zglobovi, ligamenti i kosti<\/strong> (koji trpe udare od tr\u010danja) ne mogu priviknuti na optere\u0107enje jednako brzo kao mi\u0161i\u0107i.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Kontinuitet<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Tijelo treba imati odre\u0111enu <strong>baznu stimulaciju<\/strong> sve vrijeme da bi iz tog po\u010detnog treninga onda moglo usvajati neki zahtjevniji obim i intenzitet. Ako kre\u0107emo uvijek iznova nakon dugih pauza, vra\u0107amo se na nivo po\u010detnika koji je jako izlo\u017een riziku povrje\u0111ivanja.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Struktura<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>U pro\u0161lom tekstu smo pisali o strukturi treninga koja bi trebala donijeti precizniju sliku o svemu \u0161to radimo.
