\u017eeljama i ciljevima svake individue. Svaki pojedinac kroz aktivnost \u201craste\u201d u oba aspekta. Kako obi\u010dno ne mo\u017ee fizi\u010dki izdr\u017eati velike trena\u017ene promjene u obimu i naporu, tako ih je te\u0161ko podnijeti i psihi\u010dki. Jednostavno nije ba\u0161 realno da \u0107emo posti\u0107i kontinuitet u radu ukoliko sebi nametnemo trening sedam puta sedmi\u010dno, ako smo prethodno navikli na dva \u2013 tri treninga sedmi\u010dno, ili smo apsolutni po\u010detnici. Nakon nekog vremena slijedi povreda ili psiho preoptere\u0107enje, pad motivacije.<\/p>\n<p>Tako je isto i kod biranja trka. Npr. ako je trening trka\u010da na po\u010detnoj razini, nema smisla da se prijavi za polumaraton. U Bosni i Hercegovini danas imamo veliki broj cestovnih trka na 5 i 10 kilometara (pa i onih kra\u0107ih) koje su odli\u010dan temeljni korak i polazna osnova za trka\u010de svih nivoa. pripremljenosti;<\/li>\n<li>cilja koji je trka\u010d postavio pred sebe.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Potpuni po\u010detnici bez pro\u0161losti sa sportskom aktivno\u0161\u0107u bi trebali sebi pru\u017eiti malo vi\u0161e vremena da steknu sigurnost i samopouzdanje kroz svoje treninge prije nego prijave trku. Sigurnost u sebe pred nastup \u0107e ste\u0107i ako u bar nekoliko treninga koji prethode postignu da istr\u010de du\u017einu pribli\u017enu onoj na npr. trci od 5km.<\/p>\n<p>To mogu posti\u0107i i intervalnim, naizmjeni\u010dnim treningom hodanja i tr\u010danja koji je posebno potencirao ameri\u010dki trener i odli\u010dan trka\u010d, Jeff Galloway. Kre\u0107e se od npr. 2 minuta laganog tr\u010danja i 2 minuta hodanja. Broj ovakvih intervala u uvodnom treningu zavisi od mogu\u0107nosti svakog pojedinca, a kasnije se pove\u0107ava kako trka\u010d napreduje. Prema svojim dotada\u0161njim treninzima bi mogli izra\u010dunati potencijalni tempo za svoju trku, a za \u0161to imamo<a href=\"https:\/\/trcanje.net\/mt-trkacki-kalkulator\"> koristan alat i na Moje tr\u010danje<\/a>.
