Za\u0161to je to tako?<\/p>\n<p>Grube statisti\u010dke brojke iz razli\u010ditih studija govore da je trka\u010dima \u2013 po\u010detnicima bez sportske pro\u0161losti potrebno dvije godine trka\u010dke aktivnosti ili oko 2.000 istr\u010danih kilometara kako bi navikli svoj mi\u0161i\u0107no \u2013 ko\u0161tani sistem na ovaj stres. Ovdje ve\u0107ina \u201cpada\u201d jer ne uzima ovaj dio za ozbiljno: \u201cMa ne odnosi se to na mene\u201d, \u201cJa mogu tr\u010dati koliko ho\u0107e\u0161, jednostavno je\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Svaki trka\u010dki korak je skok koji nosi odre\u0111enu dozu stresa na tijelo, a takva repetitivna aktivnost kroz nakupljenje udarce donosi bolove i hroni\u010dne povrede. Svaki trening nosi odre\u0111eno o\u0161te\u0107enje mi\u0161i\u0107ima, ligamentima, tetivama, a oporavak nosi adaptaciju na taj stres i \u010dini ih ja\u010dima. Ali za njihovu rekuperaciju treba vremena. To \u0161to u npr. prve dvije sedmice treninga nema bolova, ne zna\u010di da ve\u0107 niste pre\u0161li granicu. Na dugopruga\u0161ko tr\u010danje uvijek treba gledati dugoro\u010dno, razmi\u0161ljaju\u0107i unaprijed na du\u017ei period. Ugljeni hidrati nam vra\u0107aju energiju, proteinima oporavljamo pocijepana mi\u0161i\u0107na vlakna, a unosom minerala (natrij, \u017eeljezo, kalcij, magnezij, cink, kalij\u2026) vra\u0107amo izgubljeno kroz znoj.<\/p>\n<p>Najva\u017eniji dio je svakako kvalitetan san koji pru\u017ea najbolji odmor, a onda i aktivni oporavak kroz masa\u017ee (mo\u017eete i sami koristiti valjak za masa\u017eu) te opu\u0161taju\u0107u atmosferu bez stresa jer je jednako va\u017eno i mentalno zdravlje. To se posebno odnosi na patike za tr\u010danje, a od pomo\u0107i su svakako i kompresione \u010darape.<\/p>\n<p>One poma\u017eu pobolj\u0161anju cirkulacije u venama oko mi\u0161i\u0107a i potiskuju krv prema srcu. Najve\u0107u korist \u0107ete imati ako ih nosite nakon trke ili te\u0161kog treninga.<\/p>\n<p>Noge pate tokom tr\u010danja u kakvim god patikama da tr\u010dite. Mali mi\u0161i\u0107i na stopalima, okru\u017eeni mekim tkivom, osjete udare svaki put kada dotaknete tlo, i trpe sa svakim udarom osam puta uve\u0107anu te\u017einu va\u0161eg tijela. Ipak nepotro\u0161ene patike za tr\u010danje (koje su pre\u0161le manje od 600km) sa dobrom podr\u0161kom \u0107e sigurno pomo\u0107i da noge manje pate.
