napravili, koliko smo napredovali i kako smo do\u0161li do toga.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Postojanje koncepta po mnogima ima i <strong>negativnu stranu<\/strong> jer pomalo izlazi iz okvira \u201crekreativnog\u201d, donekle nam name\u0107e obavezu i stvara psiholo\u0161ki pritisak. Ako \u017eelimo potpunu rekreaciju, onda postojanje koncepta djelomi\u010dno kvari taj osje\u0107aj. S druge strane, najbolji maratonac svih vremena, <strong>Eliud Kipchoge<\/strong>, u raji poznat i po nadimku \u201cFilozof\u201d, voli ista\u0107i: <strong>\u201cSamo disciplinirani su slobodni u \u017eivotu. Mnogi upravo u toj situaciji <strong>odustaju<\/strong> od tr\u010danja: ne mogu da ostvare novi korak naprijed, a to je demotiviraju\u0107i faktor! Tr\u010danje trka i pomjeranje granica nosi lijep osje\u0107aj postignu\u0107a, ali ako trka\u010dki ne napredujemo, volja i motivacija bi mogli polako <strong>izlapiti<\/strong>. Iz razloga da ne do\u0111e u <strong>pretreniranost<\/strong> koja ne vodi naprijed, ve\u0107 korak unazad, i da maksimalno reducira opasnost <strong>povrje\u0111ivanja<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>To su samo neki od razloga za\u0161to tr\u010dimo\/treniramo po planu.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Jednostavan koncept<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Kako bi plan bio \u0161to manje optere\u0107uju\u0107i, u konceptu od \u010detiri treninga sedmi\u010dno trka\u010d mo\u017ee dosta posti\u0107i ukoliko <strong>samo dva<\/strong> <strong>bude radio uz odre\u0111enu rutinu<\/strong>, a dva u \u201cslobodnom stilu\u201d. U takvom planu trka\u010d bi radio jedan br\u017ei trening (utorkom), jedan du\u017einski (subota) i dva lagana treninga bez optere\u0107enja (dani po izboru). <strong>Na primjer<\/strong> (ponedjeljak): 4km lagano; (utorak): 2km zagrijavanje, 5x200m, 2km rastr\u010davanje; (\u010detvrtak): 4km lagano; (subota): 7km.<\/p>\n<p>Dakle <strong>dva lagana treninga<\/strong> su tr\u010danje bez optere\u0107enja tempom, oporavljaju\u0107a tr\u010danja koja ne trebaju biti nikakav prevelik napor, i trka\u010di bi samo trebali ispuniti du\u017einu treninga. <strong>Brzi trening<\/strong> mogu raditi kroz razli\u010dite varijacije koje im odgovaraju kako bi bio manje psiholo\u0161ki optere\u0107uju\u0107i. <strong>Umjesto intervala, to mo\u017ee biti i fartlek<\/strong> u slobodnom stilu (ubrzavanja tokom tr\u010danja po nekim vlastitim \u0161ablonima, npr. do sljede\u0107eg semafora, do naredne zgrade i sl.), izmjene brzog i sporog tr\u010danja, ili prosto tr\u010danje u br\u017eem tempu nego ina\u010de.
