O dobrom fizi\u010dkom stanju mo\u017eemo brinuti i u ku\u0107nom okru\u017eenju. Potreban nam je samo dobar plan rada, volja i odgovaraju\u0107a oprema\u2026.<\/h5>\n<h5>Vrste sprava i oprema za razli\u010dite vrste treninga&#8230;<\/h5>\n<h5>Tjelesna pripremljenost je slo\u017eena stvar. Snaga, fleksibilnost i izdr\u017eljivost su tri glavne komponente, \u010demu je jo\u0161 potrebno dodati koordinaciju i ravnote\u017eu. Integrirane vje\u017ebe i sistemska briga za svaki od tih pet navedenih elemenata dovode do uspje\u0161nog treninga. Mo\u017eemo ga izvoditi na razli\u010dite na\u010dine. Za po\u010detak, mo\u017eemo izvoditi odre\u0111ene vje\u017ebe u koje uklju\u010dujemo svoju te\u017einu. Odli\u010dan na\u010din za anaerobno vje\u017ebanje omogu\u0107ava TRX trake. No prije ili kasnije \u0107ete po\u017eeljeti ne\u0161to vi\u0161e. Tu mogu\u0107nost nam pru\u017ea postaja za vje\u017ebanje, uz koju se sistemski mo\u017ee oja\u010dati odre\u0111ena skupina mi\u0161i\u0107a. U kontekstu i s toga to uklju\u010duje treninge s utezima \u0161to omogu\u0107ava rad velikog broja razli\u010ditih mi\u0161i\u0107a i mi\u0161i\u0107nih skupina. U jednoj je spravi ujedinjen ve\u0107i broj pojedina\u010dnih sprava za trening, \u0161to osigurava izvo\u0111enje puno razli\u010ditih vje\u017ebi snage. Nefleksibilnost mo\u017ee uzrokovati niz problema koji se javljaju s godinama (bolovi u le\u0111ima, vratu, zglobovima), tako da je va\u017eno na to obratiti pozornost. S druge strane, treninzi za pobolj\u0161anje fleksibilnosti (vje\u017ebe istezanja) se lako mogu odraditi i u ku\u0107nom okru\u017eenju. Uz odgovaraju\u0107e vje\u017ebe u kojima koristimo vlastito tijelo, te uz pomo\u0107 nekoliko osnovnih pomagala (elasti\u010dne trake, lopte, podloge) mo\u017ee se vrlo efikasno odraditi trening. Naravno, koordinacija tako\u0111er ide uz tjelesnu pripremljenost i odr\u017eavanje odgovaraju\u0107e razine iste. To je djelomi\u010dno istina, ali starenjem slabi aktivnost \u017eiv\u010danog sistema i mi\u0161i\u0107na snaga, a posljedi\u010dno i stabilnost, i to uglavnom zbog neaktivnosti.
