Me\u0111utim, kao i sve ostalo, i bez obzira koliko prirodno ne\u0161to bilo, radimo to vi\u0161e ili manje pravilno. Tako je i s tr\u010danjem. Pogre\u0161ke koje radimo kod tr\u010danja, \u0161tetne su zbog pove\u0107anog optere\u0107enja. Te nepravilnosti pove\u0107avaju \u0161anse za ozljede i smanjuju u\u010dinkovitost tr\u010danja, zbog kojih se tr\u010di s vi\u0161e problema nego \u0161to bi ih ina\u010de bilo.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" id=\"style-css-av-av_one_full-6126cab7d8fab8d08143dd2dacdf673c\">\n.flex_column.av-av_one_full-6126cab7d8fab8d08143dd2dacdf673c{\nborder-radius:0px 0px 0px 0px;\npadding:0px 0px 0px 0px;\n}\n<\/style>\n<div  class='flex_column av-av_one_full-6126cab7d8fab8d08143dd2dacdf673c av_one_full  avia-builder-el-2  el_after_av_one_full  el_before_av_one_full  first flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding  column-top-margin'     ><section  class='av_textblock_section av-av_textblock-2bd894dbf2e4bf2c4acf98ce4fbf94aa '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h2>Dr\u017eanje tijela<\/h2>\n<p>Ravnim i uspravnim dr\u017eanjem, s gurnutim kukovima prema naprijed i prema gore, imamo stabilan oslonac i na pravom smo putu do laganog i elasti\u010dnog trka\u010dkog koraka. Nisko postavljeni kukovi, koji su karakteristi\u010dni za tzv. \u201esjede\u0107i trk\u201c, uzrok su prekomjernom istezanju noge pred tijelo, pritom se tvrdo udara petama o tlo i\u00a0 koljeno previ\u0161e popu\u0161ta u fazi oslonca.<\/p>\n<p>Takvo nepravilno tr\u010danje vr\u0161i pritisak na kosti i zglobove, vi\u0161e usporava i smanjuje elasti\u010dnost koraka. Da bi se postiglo uspravno dr\u017eanje dok tr\u010dimo, treba oja\u010dati odgovaraju\u0107e mi\u0161i\u0107e oko zdjelice i kralje\u017enice. Rije\u010d je o mi\u0161i\u0107ima koji daju stabilnost stomaku. Me\u0111utim, kao rezultat modernog na\u010dina \u017eivota, ve\u0107i dio dana nam je u sjede\u0107em polo\u017eaju te je ovaj mi\u0161i\u0107 oslabljen, a drugi se skra\u0107uju ili produ\u017eava. To naru\u0161ava mi\u0161i\u0107nu ravnote\u017eu. Trka\u010d se dakle mora osigurati da ima odgovaraju\u0107e sna\u017ene i duge mi\u0161i\u0107e. Time ne\u0107e samo bolje tr\u010dati ve\u0107 \u0107e biti za\u0161ti\u0107en i od bolova u le\u0111ima.<\/p>\n<h2>Postavljanje noge na tlo<\/h2>\n<p>Ve\u0107ina rekreativnih trka\u010da lupa petama o tlo. To je s ta\u010dke gledi\u0161ta djelovanja sile na tijelo, ne\u017eeljeni pokret. Pri udarcu pete na tlo, sila se brzo prenosi kroz kosti gle\u017enja preko koljena i kukova u kralje\u017enicu. Velike i nagle sile opasne su za nastanak ozljeda. Ispravnije je i zdravije ako se tlo dodiruje vanjskim srednjim dijelom stapala. Na taj na\u010din imamo puno bolji polo\u017eaj jer se apsorbiraju sile koje nastaju tokom prve faze u dodiru s tlom. To \u0107emo posti\u0107i tako da kukove postavimo dovoljno visoko, noga- prije nego dodirnemo tlo- treba biti ispod osi tijela, a\u00a0 gle\u017eanj mora imati odgovaraju\u0107i ugao.<\/p>\n<h2>Prekomjerna pronacija<\/h2>\n<p>Kada dodirnemo tlo, najvi\u0161e \u0107emo smanjiti uticaj sile na na\u010din da prvi put dodirnemo tlo vanjskom stranom stopala (supinacija) a gle\u017eanj se u nastavku naginje prema unutra (pronacija). Takav nagib gle\u017enja je po\u017eeljan.<\/p>\n<p>U slu\u010dajevima kada je stopalo previ\u0161e okrenuto prema unutra, govorimo o ne\u017eeljenoj pronaciji. To mo\u017ee pove\u0107ati \u0161tetna optere\u0107enja na Ahilovu tetivu i mi\u0161i\u0107e s unutarnje strane potkoljenice. Osim toga, prekomjerna pronacija tako\u0111er je uzrok ne\u017eeljenog kretanja koljena prema unutra. Sre\u0107om, dobrim izborom odgovaraju\u0107ih patika za tr\u010danje (gdje je unutarnja strana na peti te\u017ea) mo\u017eete sebi puno pomo\u0107i. Tako\u0111er je po\u017eeljno oja\u010dati mi\u0161i\u0107e gle\u017enja. U ekstremnim slu\u010dajevima, nude se prilago\u0111eni ulo\u0161ci izra\u0111eni po mjeri patika za tr\u010danje. U nekim rijetkim slu\u010dajevima kod trka\u010da je izra\u017eena premala pronacija \u0161to zna\u010di da imaju slabije sile u dodiru stopala s tlom. U tom slu\u010daju trebaju odabrati mek\u0161e patike koje umanjuju ovaj nedostatak.<\/p>\n<h2>Stabilnost zdjelice<\/h2>\n<p>Bolovi u predjelu kuka i koljena mogu biti posljedica nedovoljne stabilnosti zdjelice. Kada imamo jednu nogu na tlu a drugu u zraku, zdjelica je postavljena na tu nagnutu stranu. U slu\u010daju kada su mi\u0161i\u0107i zdjelice preslabi ili premalo aktivni, time su tegobe izra\u017eenije. Pove\u0107ava se optere\u0107enje vezivnog tkiva i tetiva \u0161to uzrokuje njihovu upalu, te je uzrok boli. Uz redovito tr\u010danje, vje\u017ebe za ja\u010danje i podizanje aktivnosti mi\u0161i\u0107a koji osiguravaju stabilnost zdjelice, to se mo\u017ee izbje\u0107i.<\/p>\n<p>Istina je, gotovo svi znaju kako tr\u010dati.
