Svakako se ne mo\u017ee postic\u0301i preko noc\u0301i, te je sada pravo vrijeme da se po\u010dne razmi\u0161ljati u tom pravcu. To zna\u010di da zapo\u010dnete sa lak\u0161im vje\u017ebama i manje ponavljanja, ali kako se tijelo prilago\u0111ava, povec\u0301avate intenzitet dodavanjem pomagala ili rekvizita, izvo\u0111enjem te\u017eih verzija vje\u017ebi ili povec\u0301anjem broja ponavljanja i setova.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Da biste izbjegli povrede, nikada ne zaboravite na va\u017enost svakog zagrijavanjem, koje se mora obaviti prije glavnog dijela vje\u017ebe.
