Da se predstavim: ja sam Dejan i zaljubljenik sam u tr\u010danje. Za nekoliko godina koliko tr\u010dim, istr\u010dao sam\u00a0\u00a0preko 80 trka, uklju\u010duju\u0107i polumaratone, maratone i trail trke. Moram da naglasim da bez obzira na odre\u0111ena pravila, svaki organizam ima svoje granice, \u0161to je za po\u010detnike jedan od osnovnih savjeta.<\/p>\n<p>Obzirom da ne postoji dobna granica, kao ni prethodna fizi\u010dka forma da bi se bavilo i postalo trka\u010d-rekreativac, bilo bi neozbiljno generalizovati \u0161ta je to najbolje ili jedino sigurno kvalitetna preporuka za po\u010detnike je da njihovi treninzi po\u010dnu \u0161etnjom, brzim hodom ili laganim tr\u010danjem na kra\u0107im duzinama. Idealno je zapo\u010deti sa brzim hodanjem i minut tr\u010danja, te postepeno pove\u0107evati minute tr\u010danja: na dvije, pa tri i tako dalje. Lagani i postepeni treninzi su najispravniji na\u010din da sa\u010duvamo zdravlje.<\/p>\n<p>Sti\u010du\u0107i zdravu kondiciju, vremenom savladavamo napore koji su neizbje\u017eni u bavljenju bilo kojim sportom, pa tako i tr\u010danjem.
