No, da li je to istina? Pitam vas:\u201c \u0160to mislite, koliko puta je zdravo i\u0107i u planine? Na primjer, dva puta mjese\u010dno ili jednom do dva puta godi\u0161nje? Poznato je, da \u0161to \u010de\u0161\u0107e idemo u planine, umorniji do\u0111emo. Imamo bolove u mi\u0161i\u0107ima sljede\u0107a dva dana. Za\u0161to bi u maratonu bilo druga\u010dije? Ka\u017eem vam da nije.\u00a0Preporu\u010deni broj istr\u010danih maratona dolazi iz svijeta vrhunskih maratonaca. Pitanje je ima li smisla to primijeniti i u svijetu rekreativnih maratonaca. Razlike izme\u0111u treninga i takmi\u010denja vrhunskih trka\u010da sporta\u0161a i amatera su ogromne. Uvjeren sam u to da za maraton koji tr\u010de rekreativci trka\u010di, nije po\u017eeljno takvo ograni\u010denje. Prije bih rekao da za nas, koji tr\u010dimo rekreativno &#8211; zna\u010di da \u0107emo se pokrenuti u prvom redu zbog svog vlastitog zadovoljstva i zdravlja, i bolje je da smo redovni u tome. Mo\u017eda jednom u dva mjeseca. Puno je lo\u0161ije rije\u0161enje da se treniranja za maraton prihvatimo kampanjski, da se pripremamo unazad tri mjeseca ili u zadnji tren.<\/p>\n<p>Kada je potreban nivo spremnosti postignuta treningom, razumno je odr\u017eavati je. Sudjelovanje u maratonu svakako je optere\u0107enje koje je vrlo sli\u010dno uobi\u010dajenom dugogodi\u0161njem treningu. Ali na kraju, ne i manje va\u017eno, je ugodno dru\u017eenje i sportski turizam koji nam daje dodatnu motivaciju za redovno treniranje. Naravno, s obzirom na koli\u010dinu, u\u010destalost i intenzitet treninga i takmi\u010denja, uvijek moramo uzeti u obzir i vlastitu dobrobit. Dakle, nikad svoja tijela ne tjerajte preko mjere.
