Takve se vje\u017ebe rade uglavnom na podu \u0161to je vrlo neudobno, te \u010desto predstavlja prepreku vje\u017ebanju. Iz tog je razloga mudro imati odgovaraju\u0107u podlogu pomo\u0107u koje \u0107e vje\u017ebanje na mekanom s vremenom postati i ugodno.\u00a0Naravno, na tr\u017ei\u0161tu postoji izuzetno velika ponuda raznih podloga za vje\u017ebanje, koje se razlikuju ovisno o namjeni i na\u010dinu vje\u017ebanja.<\/p>\n<p>Najve\u0107e razlike su u debljini i povr\u0161inskoj strukturi same podloge:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Podloge za jogu su tanke, ve\u0107ina ih je izra\u0111ena od PVC-a, a neke su i\u00a0 od prirodnih materijala.<\/li>\n<li>Podloge za pilates su ne\u0161to deblje (1,5 do 1,9 cm) u du\u017eini su izme\u0111u 140 i 216 cm, te \u0161irine od 58 i\u00a0100 cm. Stra\u017enja strana podloge mora dobro prianjati uz tlo.<\/li>\n<li>Fitnes podloge imaju sli\u010dne dimenzije kao i podloge za pilates.
