Kako ga pre\u017eivjeti? Kako izbje\u0107i neugodne komplikacije koje bi nam mogle ote\u017eati tr\u010danje? Poku\u0161ajmo predvidjeti: \u0161ta nas sve \u010deka.<\/h4>\n<p>Obi\u010dno, maraton ne tr\u010dimo u svom rodnom gradu, \u0161to nam predstavlja \u00a0dodatan poticaj, tr\u010danje na zanimljivom novom mjestu. Putovanje mo\u017ee trajati i par sati gdje dugo sjedenje mo\u017ee biti \u0161tetno za na\u0161e mi\u0161i\u0107e, zglobove i cirkulaciju. Ako su vam patike prili\u010dno istro\u0161ene, bolje je da nove koje \u0107ete kupiti ipak koristite na sljede\u0107oj trci ili kao dio priprema za narednu trku.<\/p>\n<p>Prije trke potrebno se informisati o okrepnim stanicama\u00a0 tokom rute. Obi\u010dno se na svakih 5 km nalazi punkt s vodom, energetskim napitcima, \u010dajevima i bananama. Osim hrane, nemojmo zaboraviti na teku\u0107inu.<\/p>\n<p>Dan prije trke, potrebno je pripremiti majicu za takmi\u010denje s startnim brojem, \u00a0odnosno rezervnu garderobu koja \u0107e nas \u010dekati na startu. Ako je u startnom paketu \u010dip za mjerenje vremena, ne zaboravite ga staviti na patike.<\/p>\n<p>Isplanirajte vrijeme bu\u0111enja i doru\u010dka. Doru\u010dak\u00a0 je najbolje pojesti 3 sata prije po\u010detka trke.
