Na kraju, ali ne manje va\u017eno, stari Latininjani su skovali dobru poznatu izreku: Zdrav duh u zdravom tijelu. Rekreativno bavljenje sportom donosi koristi tokom cijelog \u017eivota. Korisno je da djeca po\u010dnu sa rekreacijom jo\u0161 u ranoj fazi, na taj na\u010din posti\u017eu radne navike o disciplini i odgovornosti.<\/p>\n<p>Bavljenje sportom podrazumijeva udisanje svje\u017eeg zraka, aktiviranje mi\u0161i\u0107a, otkrivanje skrivenih mjesta u prirodi, stvaranje novih prijateljstva&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Na taj na\u010din zadr\u017eavamo dijete u sebi, \u0161to mo\u017ee biti va\u017ean izvor energije i pozitivnog stava. Naravno, u svemu tome je potrebno imati zdravu mjeru, djelovati u skladu sa njihovim sposobnostima i biti svjestan svojih ograni\u010denja.
